Ikan Siakap Masak 3 Rasa
Oh wow, look at this gorgeous dish! It looks like it's packed with flavor. Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 1 ikan siakap (barramundi)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 1 inch of ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 fresh red chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Clean the fish and score it a few times on both sides.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, then deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a pan or wok, combine sugar, water, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add in the sliced lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and red chilies. Cook and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the corn starch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Heat up the oil again and re-fry the fish until crispy. Place the fish on a serving dish.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and serve immediately.

- 1 boxed cake mix (flavor of your choice)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar of caramel sauce
- 1 container of whipped cream
- Crushed toffee bits (optional)
Instructions:
- Bake the cake according to the package directions in a 9x13 inch pan.
- Poke holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.
- Pour caramel sauce over the cake, again making sure it seeps into the holes.
- Top the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with toffee bits (optional).
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
