Resep Masak Ikan Nila Yang Enak - Resep Masakan
First up, we've got a recipe for cooking some ikan nila. Don't worry if y'all don't know what that is, it's just a type of fish. Here's what y'all need:
Ingredients:
- 1 ikan nila, cleaned and scaled
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add in the garlic and onion, and cook until softened.
- Add in the tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
- Add in the dark and sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and mix well.
- Place the ikan nila in the pan, and spoon the sauce over it.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with some steamed white rice.

Cara Masak Ikan Tongkol Asam Pedas
Next up, we've got a recipe for cooking some ikan tongkol. Again, don't worry if y'all don't know what that is. It's just a type of fish that's commonly found in Southeast Asia. Here's what y'all need for this one:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ikan tongkol, cut into steaks
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 8 dried chilies, soaked in hot water and seeded
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of shrimp paste
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp of tamarind pulp, mixed with 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
Instructions:
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add in the onion, chilies, garlic, and shrimp paste, and cook until fragrant.
- Add in the tomato and cook until they release their juices.
- Add in the tamarind mixture, salt, and sugar, and mix well.
- Place the ikan tongkol in the pan, and spoon the sauce over it.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with some steamed white rice.
This recipe is one of my all-time favorites. The tangy and spicy sauce is just perfect with the meaty fish. Y'all gotta give this one a try!
