Daging Masak Hitam Recipe
Ingredients
- 500g beef tenderloin, sliced thinly
- 2 onions, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, sliced thinly (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add in the onions, garlic, and red chillies. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add in the sliced beef and mix well with the onions and garlic.
- Pour in the dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well until the beef is coated evenly.
- Season with black pepper and salt.
- Cook until the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened for about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
